I’m a Toronto REALTOR® helping homeowners, buyers and investors make confident real estate decisions across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Born and raised in Toronto, I combine a lifelong knowledge of the city with rigorous market analysis, thoughtful strategy and highly personalized service.
Before becoming a real estate agent, I spent more than 25 years in the corporate world, working with CEOs, boards and senior executives and developing deep expertise in strategy, problem-solving, negotiation, marketing and client service. My experience at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts shaped my approach to service: anticipate what people need, sweat the details and make complicated things feel remarkably well handled.
I bring the same rigour to real estate. At the Rotman School of Management, I graduated at the top of my MBA class, and today I apply that analytical thinking to Toronto’s real estate market. I dig into market data, comparable sales, neighbourhood trends and buyer behaviour to help clients understand not simply what is happening, but what it means for their particular property or decision.
For sellers, that means meticulous preparation, thoughtful pricing, strategic marketing and strong negotiation, all designed to position a property for the best possible outcome. For buyers, it means carefully evaluating homes, neighbourhoods, market conditions and value so they can recognize opportunities, understand risks and negotiate with confidence.
Technology and analytics are an important part of how I work. I use data and emerging tools, including artificial intelligence, to deepen market research, understand buyer behaviour and connect properties with the right audience. But technology is a tool, not a substitute for judgment. Real estate is ultimately about people making significant financial and personal decisions.
That’s where genuinely caring makes a difference. I listen closely, ask a lot of questions and turn my clients’ goals into a clear, actionable plan. Whether someone is selling a longtime family home, buying their first property, moving to a new Toronto neighbourhood or making an investment decision, they can expect candid advice, careful preparation and someone who will be paying attention to the details all the way through.
Outside of real estate, I cherish time with my family, exploring Toronto’s vibrant neighbourhoods, playing hockey, traveling, and engaging with the arts.
